The hardest part was finding the time to practice daily. So here are some tips. Put a "Do not disturb" sign on your door. Try to do it at the same time every day when possible. Plan ahead. If you know you will not be able to do it at your regular time set aside some time and do it then. If your schedule is not working change it. Incorporate it into the rest of your life. Tai chi, qigong and meditation can be done just about any where at any time. Do some qigong or tai chi while you are waiting for someone to arrive or if you are a passenger you could meditate in the car. You can even practice qigong or tai chi while watching TV.

Getting the body you want can be easy. Try using these tips. I use them to stay lean and muscular.

I have experienced a natural change in breathing, decreased heart rate, reduction in stress, improved heath, increased focus, increased energy levels and productivity, and improved sleep. My allergies have almost gone away completely and I no longer need to take medicine during allergy season. I can wake up before my alarm goes when I want to.

Tips: Change your habits change your body
1) Get some before photos, photos that represent what you want to look like and take progress photos monthly.
2) Focus on the body you want instead of the body you do not want. Look at the picture of the future you daily
3) Eat and drink healthy: Drink lots of water, eat a variety of healthy foods. Reduce high calorie, sugary drinks
4) Plan your exercise routine. Include some high intensity workouts for the best results
5) Make exercise fun and do it regularly. Compete with yourself, play sports, exercise while watching TV, bike to a park, etc.
6) Sleep and be happy: If you are stressed, depressed or not getting enough sleep your body will show it.
7) Exercise different parts of your body.
8) Meditate: It is good for your mind and your body. It will help with your willpower and energy
9) Use visualizations and affirmations to help reprogram your mind.
10) Reduce wasted time: Waiting for something, nothing to do, flipping through TV channels. Exercise or meditate instead
