Massage promotes physical and mental health. It can slow aging, reduce stress, increase circulation, improve health, reduce pain and tension, heal injuries
and treat headaches, migraines, backaches, arthritic conditions and illnesses. There are many forms of massage. I will add more forms as I finish my research.
Massage: Touching parts of the body for health purposes.
Shiatsu: Improve the flow of energy by applying pressure to specific parts of the body using your hands and fingers. It can be done anywhere.
Qigong massage: Balance the flow of qi(energy) and increase circulation using hands-on and hands-off techniques.
Indian Head massage: Involves head, face, neck, shoulders & upper back. Promotes hair growth & provides relief from aches, pains & stress.
Thai massage: Stretching and loosening the body
Reflexology: Stimulating points on the feet and hands to improve health.
